Change at Orbico, new member of the Management Board of PBZ

Romina Orešković Cvetanović is no longer the director at ORBICO.

Orešković Cvetanović began her career at Orbico in 1998 in accounting. Over the years, she held positions as finance director, vice president for finance and IT, and vice president for corporate finance. In January 2020, she was appointed a member of the Management Board of Orbico Group and chief financial officer, responsible for finance, treasury, controlling, and other corporate functions.

PBZ with a new member of the Management Board

Paolo Musso is the new member of the Management Board of PRIVREDNA BANKA ZAGREB. The bank is represented by him along with another member of the Management Board.

In the Management Board, he is responsible for business with large, medium, and small enterprises, and his term covers the period from 2026 to 2029. His responsibilities also include the coordination of PBZ Croatia osiguranje for managing mandatory pension funds and PBZ-Leasing.

Before his appointment, Musso was an advisor to the CEO at PBZ and a candidate for a member of the Management Board responsible for business with enterprises. The bank represented him in that role at this year’s Blue Economy Summit in Dubrovnik.

Change at Infobip

Mirta Pađen Lee has been appointed vice president for human resources at INFOBIP.

She will assume her new role on October 1, and in her new position, she will lead the global People Operations function at INFOBIP, responsible for human resources management strategy, organizational development, rewards and benefits system, HR operations, leadership competency development, and initiatives designed to support the company’s long-term growth and the development of its operational model. Pađen Lee will succeed Marina Bezić in this position, who joined INFOBIP in 2021 and has served as vice president for human resources for the last three years.

Luka Komazec is the new president of the Supervisory Board of PERUTNINA PTUJ – PIPO instead of Enver Šišić.

The former vice president of the Management Board of TT KABELA Marina Šaravanja is the new president of the Management Board, and the former president Tomislav Kvesić is her deputy.

Dejan Buhovac is no longer the director of CWS, and Sandra Bjelivuk Zrinjan has had her power of attorney revoked.

The former president of the Management Board of FORMATOR SIGURNOSNIH STAKALA Robert Miklus is now a member of the Management Board with independent and individual representation. Ivan Čevra is no longer a member of the Management Board.

Leonardo Žagrić is the new president of the Supervisory Board of ALPHA ADRIATICA instead of Janez Zevnik. Ana Grdović Gnip and Doni Bratulić are new members, and Robert Banko is no longer a member of the Supervisory Board.

Nikša Komadina has been appointed director of the COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY OF KRK instead of Alfred Franković. He has been appointed for four years.

Anna Maria Perković is no longer the director of STRIDON INŽENJERING.

Dino Došen is no longer the director of PLATANE ZAPOŠLJAVANJE.

The company GRATIAS AGO has entered the ownership structure of the company MAREM PARTNERS instead of Primož Punčuh.

ENSEMBLE TECHNOLOGIES has acquired GDI ENSEMBLE GLOBAL from the company GDI.

Alen Salamun is the new director of GAVEIJA.

LIND-GRADU has merged with the companies ZAGREB ZGRADE, K – INDEX, and FUGGER.

KUNA PROJEKTU has merged with ZLATOM.

Nina Šerbo is the new director of ELEMENT.
