Sergio Galošić, CEO of Amelicor Group, will be one of the speakers at the Day of Big Plans, a conference organized by the business weekly Lider, which will take place on September 23 in Zagreb. He will speak about the business plans for this year and the next, and in the conference announcement, he tells us that the company’s plans for this year and the next, as well as mid-term, are primarily focused on further strengthening its competitiveness, through two key business segments – production and engineering.
In the production segment, he explains, the focus is on further increasing productivity and operational efficiency. This means that significant investments will continue in new technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence, but at the same time, he emphasizes, the company clearly defines what it wants to achieve with these investments: greater productivity, shorter deadlines, greater flexibility in production, and even higher quality of our products.
An Even Stronger Group
– At the same time, we want to increase the share of higher value-added products in our portfolio and further strengthen and diversify supply chains. Our goal is to solidify our position as one of the leading European manufacturers of HVAC components, primarily in Western European markets, while also expanding our presence in other European countries – says Galošić.
In the engineering segment, increasing efficiency is also one of the main priorities, as well as further development towards a strategic EPC partner for complex projects, especially in the pharmaceutical industry. Such projects, he says, require more and more knowledge, multidisciplinary approaches, and a new – more innovative approach using new technologies.
