More than 900 million people use ChatGPT every week, and its role is rapidly changing: once a tool for finding general information, today it is a personal digital assistant that creates schedules, recommends restaurants, and helps organize travel and transportation. This very concept Bolt, the leading European ride-hailing platform, is bringing into the realm of urban mobility through a new integration with ChatGPT. Instead of switching between different apps, the user can describe what they need, and the artificial intelligence connects relevant information and services to help them plan their Bolt ride.
Bolt is the first ride-hailing platform to introduce this capability simultaneously in Croatia and other European Union countries, as well as in the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan.
Bolt’s integration with ChatGPT follows new traveler habits, as AI is increasingly being used as a starting point for their journeys. According to the Accenture Consumer Pulse Research 2025, conducted among 18,000 respondents in 14 countries, as many as 80 percent of travelers worldwide already use AI tools at various stages of their journey, while more than half are willing to let artificial intelligence organize their entire trip.
