The well-known excursion site Krašograd in Bratina will begin a new chapter on September 1, 2026. The lease and further development will be under the jurisdiction of Leporiz Events d.o.o., and the location will also receive a new name – Green Land.
The decision to lease the excursion site is part of Kraš’s strategic direction towards further development of its core business, the production of confectionery assortments, and strengthening its position as a leading confectionery manufacturer in Croatia and the region.
– Krašograd has become a recognizable place over the years that connects nature, socializing, and diverse content intended for visitors of all generations. We believe that this valuable location has great potential, which is why we decided to entrust its further development to the lessee, Leporiz Events, which has an experienced team with a clear vision for its further development. We believe that with quality offerings and additional content, they will continue to build the value of this beloved excursion site – stated Tomislav Bagić, President of the Management Board of Kraš.
The team at Leporiz Events has many years of experience in organizing weddings, large events, and designing content and programs for guests. With this location, they are expanding their portfolio alongside the existing restaurant and accommodation Laguna in Sesvete.

At the estate in Bratina, located 25 kilometers from Zagreb, visitors will still have access to a spacious natural complex with a lake, sports and recreational fields, and the possibility of boating. Along with the restaurant offer and tourist accommodation for multi-day stays, Green Land will function as a whole for family outings, as well as a location for weddings, private celebrations, team buildings, and larger business gatherings.
