Valamar opened the Pical Resort in the first quarter of 2026, an investment worth over 200 million euros and the largest single tourism project in Croatia. Pical represents a key achievement for Valamar in implementing its development strategy and strengthens the transformation of its portfolio towards premium and year-round tourism.

In February 2026, the Jadran Heritage Hotel was also opened in Poreč, a boutique hotel with 12 designer rooms and the JAZ by Ana Roš restaurant, completing the investments to position Poreč as a top gastro destination.

Revenue in the first quarter increased by 13.8 percent compared to the same period in 2025, reaching 19.9 million euros, with a strong contribution from the winter season in Austria, earlier openings of parts of the portfolio, and the newly opened Pical hotel. Valamar is recording stable bookings for the season despite uncertainties in the environment.

According to the decision of the General Assembly, Valamar will pay a dividend of 0.27 euros per share on May 7, 2026, resulting in a dividend yield for Valamar shareholders for 2025 of 4.2 percent.

For the ninth consecutive year, Valamar has been declared the most desirable employer in tourism and hospitality in Croatia and continues to invest in its employees. In the field of sustainability, Valamar has solidified its position as a leader in sustainable tourism with the International Sustainability Award 2026, and it holds the gold EcoVadis medal, ranking among the top five percent of best-rated companies in the world according to global sustainability indicators.
