Ericsson Nikola Tesla has opened applications for the 25th anniversary edition of the Summer Camp, one of the most recognized and long-standing student programs in the region, through which more than a thousand students have passed, and for many, it was their first step towards employment in their field.
This program is intended for final-year STEM students who want to step out of the theoretical framework and see what working on real projects looks like. Instead of simulations and classroom tasks, participants work on solutions that meet the specific needs of the industry.
During five weeks, students will work in teams and develop projects using technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), extended reality (XR), 5G, and big data processing, under the mentorship of experts from Ericsson Nikola Tesla. The program takes place at locations in Zagreb, Split, and Osijek.
The ENT Summer Camp was launched in 2001 with the aim of connecting the academic community and industry, and today, the 25th edition represents one of the key platforms for the development of young engineers in Croatia. Through this model of work, students gain the opportunity to apply knowledge directly in practice and acquire experience that is often lacking at the beginning of their careers.
