In the year it celebrates its 25th anniversary of successful operations, ZB Invest changes its name and becomes UniCredit Invest. This new stage of development also brings a new position as the regional center for fund management within the UniCredit Group. The change will open up access for clients to an even broader spectrum of investment solutions, provide stronger connectivity with the international platform, and ensure an additional level of expertise and innovation. Meanwhile, the values that have characterized its previous operations remain the same: trust, stability, and responsibility. For clients, nothing changes – investments and shares in funds, as well as contract terms and fees, remain unchanged, with the same team of experts and channels of communication and support.

The new phase of development and the transition from a leading local UCITS fund management company to a regional center of excellence for the Group’s funds bear the signature of the overarching strategy UniCredit Unlimited. The key focus remains on the development and management of funds for multiple markets through a unique model and an active role in growth within the Group. At the center of the business remains the creation of additional value for clients. Through the collaboration of UniCredit Invest and Zagrebačka banka, the bank’s clients are ensured broader and simpler access to investment solutions and investments in investment products in a safe and regulated environment.
ZB Invest was established in 2000, fully owned by Zagrebačka banka. From the very beginning, it was among the pioneers of the investment fund industry in Croatia and soon grew into one of the key drivers of capital market development. Through continuous development and a consistent focus on service quality, it has secured a leading position in the UCITS industry, with a developed comprehensive range of products that includes money market, bond, mixed, and equity funds, lifecycle funds, capital-protected funds, as well as numerous innovative products and complex investment solutions. Today, the total assets managed by UniCredit Invest exceed 1.5 billion euros, with a remarkable increase of 69 percent achieved in 2025, demonstrating a trend of growing trust from clients and the market.
