The management of Končar Elektroindustrija has convened a general assembly for June 12, where shareholders will decide, among other things, on the proposal to distribute a dividend of four euros per share from last year’s profit, which is one euro more than last year.
As stated in the invitation to the assembly, the management and the supervisory board have determined that the net profit of Končar d.d. in 2025 amounted to 80.1 million euros and propose to the assembly that 26.7 thousand euros be allocated to other reserves for unamortized development costs, and 3.98 million euros to other reserves, totaling four million euros.
A maximum of 10.2 million euros would be paid out as a dividend, which constitutes 12.72 percent of the net profit achieved for 2025. The amount of the dividend paid will depend on the number of shares belonging to registered shareholders in the Central Clearing Depository (SKDD), reduced by the dividend on treasury shares.
The dividend of four euros per share will be paid to shareholders who are registered in the register of dematerialized securities in SKDD as holders of rights to shares on the fifteenth day after the date of the General Assembly, making June 27, 2026, the date of acquiring the right to claim for the dividend payment (record date).
The dividend payment will be made no later than 15 days from the date of acquiring claims for the dividend payment (record date), i.e., by July 13.
The remaining amount of available profit is proposed to be allocated to retained earnings, as visible from the invitation to the assembly.
