The business year 2025 for two key companies in the accommodation sector, Valamar Riviera and Maistra Hospitality Group, was marked by solid revenue growth and successful cost management amid ongoing inflationary pressures. Both groups confirmed the validity of their strategy focused on high-category facilities, which was reflected in increased average prices and double-digit growth in operating profit in key segments.
Valamar Riviera achieved business revenues of 461 million euros in 2025, representing a double-digit growth of 10.6 percent compared to the previous year. Operating profit (EBITDA) followed this trend with a growth of 9.1 percent, reaching 132 million euros. This result is a direct consequence of an extensive investment cycle that reached 304 million euros in the managed portfolio. Among the key projects is the opening of the Arba Resort on Rab, an investment worth 83 million euros, which transformed the destination and generated a revenue growth of 34 percent in that area. The company is already announcing the completion of the Pical Resort in Poreč for 2026, which, with an investment of 200 million euros, will represent the largest single project in Croatian tourism. In the capital market, Valamar’s stock achieved a price increase of nearly 25 percent, with a stable dividend yield of 4.6 percent.
