The Croatian venture capital fund AYMO Ventures has presented the first startups that have entered its accelerator program. These are four domestic technology companies operating in the fields of mobile gaming, digital health, artificial intelligence, and fintech.

As the fund’s partner Božidar Pavlović announced on LinkedIn, these are founders with scalable business models that the fund will support through further development and growth.

Among them is Sentona Games, a gaming studio focused on developing mobile games that create narrative ‘merge puzzle’ games primarily aimed at a female audience, a market segment often overlooked by the industry. Then there is Meddox, which develops a digital health solution that integrates medical documentation, data from wearable devices, and clinical systems, aiming to provide patients with better control over their own health data.

Next is Booga Enterprise, an artificial intelligence-based platform for business users that connects data, analytics, and automation of work processes, and Financiraj.hr, which develops a digital marketplace for financial products aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, simplifying access to loans, leasing, and other forms of financing.

After securing 52 million euros through its first financing round, AYMO is now transitioning from the capital-raising phase to an intensive phase of investment and operational support for entrepreneurs.

The capital is structured through two funds – one focused on the early stages of startup development and the other aimed at companies in the growth phase. The accelerator part focuses on pre-seed and seed startups, with investments ranging from 50,000 to 300,000 euros, while the growth fund targets companies with established market results, with individual investments starting from one million euros and above. The fund’s strategy is primarily directed at the Croatian and regional markets, but with a clear ambition for the internationalization of portfolio companies and their expansion to a global level.
