The Garden Brewery is acquiring 50 percent ownership of the pastry shop Jolie Petite Pâtisserie owned by Ljupka Gojić Mikić, one of Croatia’s most successful models, it was announced today on the Zagreb Stock Exchange. The notice states that Ljupka Gojić Mikić and her mother Željka Gojić, on one side, and The Garden Collective, through the holding company The Garden Brewery, have signed a binding letter of intent for the strategic connection of these two premium brands.

According to the agreement, Ljupka Gojić Mikić and The Garden Brewery will become equal co-owners of the company Cherry Flower, which owns the well-known pastry shop Jolie Petite Pâtisserie, with each party holding a 50 percent stake. Upon completion of the transaction, Cherry Flower will also have 50 percent ownership in Pizzeria 14, a project introduced by the famous model a month ago (through a stake in the company Pizza na treću MVP d.o.o.). The transaction is expected to be fully completed by January 1, 2026.

Ljupka Gojić Mikić, as the original author and creative director of Jolie Petite products, will continue to lead the business. As stated in the notice, the goal is to leverage synergy with the group The Garden Collective to expand the brand in Croatia and abroad, while maintaining its distinctive aesthetics and quality.

The Garden Collective brings together brands such as The Garden Brewery, Barbarellas Discotheque, The Garden Productions, the street food concept Full Circle, and holds a minority stake in Submarine Burgers, and is present in the EU and UK markets.

Garden Brewery achieved total consolidated revenues of 2.4 million euros in the first half of the year. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) reached 19 thousand euros. The growth of consolidated revenues was 24.3 percent compared to the same period last year and was primarily generated by the growth of exports in the craft beer production and sales segment. On the other hand, the company Cherry Blossom achieved revenue of 1.3 million euros last year with a profit of around 75 thousand euros.
