Ante Jelčić has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of BELUPA, replacing Petar Miladin.
Jelčić was recently a member of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA, is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of HELIOS FAROS, and is also the director of GUMIIMPEX-GRP responsible for accounting and finance, controlling, IT, human resources, and general affairs. Since 2016, he has been teaching at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Mathematics Department, in the Business Simulations course in the graduate university study of Financial and Business Mathematics.
He spent more than 10 years at PBZ Croatia osiguranje d.d., including as the head of the Analysis Department. He holds a master’s degree in mathematics from the Faculty of Science and Mathematics in Zagreb.

Franjo Plodinec is the new president of the Supervisory Board of RADNIK OPATIJA, replacing Krešimir Kvaternik, who takes on the role of vice president.
The Plodinec family is the majority owner of MLINA I PEKARA and ČAKOVEČKI MLINOVI, and the company from Čakovec is the sole owner of RADNIK OPATIJA.
According to data from the Court Register, Franjo Plodinec holds several managerial and supervisory positions. He is the president of the supervisory boards of TRGOVINA KRK and ZAGREBAČKE PEKARNI KLARA, a member of the Supervisory Board of the company PAPUK, and a member of the Management Board of ČAKOVEČKI MLINOVI. Additionally, he is the founder and director of the company COOLWAY.
