Moslavac in the Council for the Protection of Market Competition, Change in Orbico

The Proposal for the Decision on the appointment of Nikolina Moslavac as a member of the Council for the Protection of Market Competition has been established, based on the conducted procedure following the published public call, and has been sent to the Croatian Parliament for adoption. Nikolina Moslavac is one of the most experienced experts in the Croatian regulatory system for market competition. As the head of the Concentrations Department at AZTN, she leads complex procedures for assessing market concentrations and mergers of companies.

During her career, she has participated in international conferences and strategic discussions on new trends in corporate mergers, emphasizing the need for a more modern approach and greater legal certainty for entrepreneurs.

Appointment in Orbico

Admir Duraković has been appointed director at ORBICO instead of Vesna Rendulić. Duraković is a long-time manager in the ORBICO GROUP and heads the subsidiary in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Vesna Rendulić, whom he succeeds, has been the operational director and a member of the Management Board of ORBICO-CROATIA, responsible for non-sales functions such as finance, controlling, HR, and IT.
