SQ Capital, a domestic investment company with over 130 million euros in assets under management, has invested 2.7 million euros in Moontop through the alternative investment fund Primus. Moontop is a rapidly growing Croatian technology company that modernizes employee benefits systems, helping companies retain and further motivate their employees.
Moontop provides complete flexibility in utilizing employee benefits by allowing employers to define a monthly budget, while employees can choose and combine benefits according to their preferences and needs through a simple application. The platform also offers tax advantages to employers by optimizing non-taxable payments.
According to the statement, Moontop has recorded revenue growth of over one hundred percent annually for the past three years. The platform is already integrated into the systems of renowned companies such as United Group, CARWIZ, Notch, Transcom, and Groupama Osiguranje, and Moontop currently has a network of over 500 partners across Croatia, including restaurants, fitness centers, shops, polyclinics, insurers, and mobility services.
– We are extremely pleased to have gained a strategic partner who understands our vision and can help us in further growth. In the next three years, we are focusing on expanding our partner network, strengthening sales, and internationalizing our business through a franchise model, which we aim to strengthen our position as the leading regional platform for employee benefits – emphasized Branimir Gospić, director and founder of Moontop, who continues to operationally lead the company.
