The owner of GRADITELJ SVRATIŠTA Dragan Radić has stepped down from the director’s position and taken a procuration, while Mirko Bilić‘s procuration has been revoked. GRADITELJ SVRATIŠTA was established in 1992 in Zagreb and is engaged in construction works in high-rise and low-rise construction, as well as finishing works, maintenance, and property management.
The company has participated in numerous infrastructure and residential projects across Croatia during its three decades of operation, and last year it achieved revenues of €36.53 million, a decrease of 15.91 percent compared to the previous year.
The only director currently remains Ante Stanišić, who was mentioned in the media a few years ago in the context of the USKOK investigation regarding suspicions of favoritism in public tenders, but the company has continued to operate without major upheavals and has maintained stable revenues.

Co-owner of VJETROELEKTRANA BRUVNO Olivera Babić has taken over the position of Management Board member from co-owner Josip Galić.
The renowned Slavonian winemaker is also the owner and director of several companies in the energy sector, including CEBB, SOLAR LED, and ORLJAK VJETROELEKTRANU. Additionally, he is the owner and director of GREEN LIFE B&G, the tourist EXPERTA GRUPE, RADIO VALIS AUREA, DISTRIBUCIJA USPJEHA for financial operations, AUREA GRADNJE, TERMI PANONIA, and, of course, the GALIĆ winery. He is also the president of the NO of PLAMENA and the agricultural company HANA.
He is the founder of PRESOFLEX, which he has handed over to his son Inu Galić. We recently wrote about the Galić family in Lider due to the e-auction for the sale of the Slavuj hotel in Novi Vinodolski, where the main actors are indeed father and son Galić. Additionally, a new change is that Sanja Tajzler has joined Inu Galić in the ownership of PRESOFLEX.
From other changes, we highlight:

The NO of AGRO-TOVARNIKU has been revoked, and it has received a Management Board chaired by the former director Miroslav Knežević, with members Dario Kalađija and Relja Kovačić.
