Change at the Helm of Croatian Credit Insurance, Acquisition of a Tourism Company

Ana Handžiski has been appointed as a member of the Management Board of HRVATSKO KREDITNO OSIGURANJE, replacing Ružica Adamović. Ana Handžiski previously held the position of Director of Support Services at HRVATSKO KREDITNO OSIGURANJE and has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a particular focus on actuarial work, reinsurance, and risk management.

The former member of the Management Board, Ružica Adamović, who has extensive managerial experience in credit insurance and banking, will take on the role of Advisor to the Management Board. The Management Board of HRVATSKO KREDITNO OSIGURANJE d.d. will continue to consist of two members: the President of the Management Board Zvonimir Samodol and member Ana Handžiski.

New Owner of Irundo

The Polish company RENTERS has entered the ownership structure of Zagreb’s IRUNDO, and the CFO of the parent company Bartłomiej Pędziwiatr has joined co-owners Igor Kordić and Tomislav Zovko in a directorial position.

IRUNDO HOLIDAY APARTMEN RENTALS has been present in the Croatian short-term rental market for 15 years. According to company data, it manages over 300 apartments in Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Rovinj, Rijeka, Opatija, as well as in Belgrade and Vienna. RUNDO will retain its brand and team as a result of the undisclosed transaction. The acquisition of IRUNDO is the second foreign acquisition for RENTERS after entering the Bulgarian market.

Among other changes, we highlight:

Zrinka Živković Matijević has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of RAIFFEISEN SOCIETY FOR MANAGING MANDATORY AND VOLUNTARY PENSION FUNDS.

Boris Dragičević has been appointed as the President of the Supervisory Board of PLINARA ISTOČNE SLAVONIJE, replacing Tomislav Panenić.

The company CLOUDSENSE is ceasing operations, and Andrew Simon Price has been appointed as the liquidator.

Ivana Spahija has been appointed as the President of the Supervisory Board of Šibenik’s GRADSKI PARKING, replacing Toni Ban.

Zoran Tomljenović has had his power of attorney revoked in EKO GRADNJA from Darda.

Mišo Glavinić has been serving as a member of the Supervisory Board of DUBROVAČKO PRIMORJE since July 1.

Josip Mađerić has entered the ownership structure of WORK-ING, replacing Ljubica Predragović. The company has relocated from Varaždin to Trnovec.

Krešimir Mikolić, through his company ITEMA, has acquired PILIP SAMOBOR from Ive Lucić and Nadica Lucić and also holds a directorial position.

A bankruptcy procedure has been opened and simultaneously concluded for Split’s BRODOGRADNJA I MOSTOGRADNJA, and the company that operated within BRODOSPLIT has been removed from the Court Register.

Dalibor Kuvačić has been appointed as the President of the Supervisory Board of VODOVOD OMIŠ, replacing Tonći Stanić, and Lea Blajić as Vice President, replacing Bernardin Petrić.

Katarina Mihović has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of SANITAT DUBROVNIK, replacing Lucija Miljanić Macan.

Ivo Šatara is the new director of POMGRAD GRADNJE, replacing Ivice Jovića.

Following the death of the owner of AUTO CENTAR KRIVAK Krešimir Kopričanec (senior), ownership of the company has been taken over by his wife and director Tamara Kopričanec and son Krešimir Kopričanec (junior).
