ROTOPLAST has been transformed from a limited liability company into a joint-stock company and has established a Supervisory Board chaired by the former procurator Filip Budimić, with the former procurator and co-owner Mirela Mustapić as his deputy, and Šimun Babić as a member of the Supervisory Board.

At the same time, ROTOPLAST continues its international expansion by opening an office in Krefeld, Germany, aiming to strengthen cooperation with partners and customers in one of the key European markets. The company has entered into a partnership there with the German company GK PACKAGING, specialized in packaging solutions, which is expected to create opportunities for joint product development.

ROTOPLAST, founded in 1971 as a craft business of Mate Budimić, today generates over 21 million euros in revenue, with exports accounting for up to 40 percent of its business. The company emphasizes that the transformation and expansion into Germany are strategic steps towards strengthening its international presence and sustainable growth.

PAN PARKET from Čačinci has established a Supervisory Board chaired by Oleg Uskoković, with members Damir Kelava and Tanja Kragulj Mežnarić. Uskoković is the majority owner of PAN PARKET, a company founded in 1996 that specializes in parquet production, which he took over in 2022 through his company VARISO. Today, Uskoković’s company FLORA NEKRETNINE is also part of the ownership structure of this company.
