Who is the new head of the IGH Institute, changes in the leadership of Rhenus

The entire Management Board of the IGH INSTITUTE has been dismissed, as confirmed in the Court Register. The former Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mariyan Tkach is the new Chairman of the Management Board, replacing Robert Petrosian, who resigned along with Management Board members Marija Đuroković and Tatjana Bičanić. The new members of the Management Board are Bariša Pavičić and Gerhard Sattler Vukadinović.

Tkach is, as stated on the IGH INSTITUTE’s website, an experienced entrepreneur and angel investor with extensive experience in business development and corporate governance. He graduated from Webster University in Geneva and has since gained rich experience in business and entrepreneurship. Over the years, he has actively contributed to the development of numerous startups and projects across various industries, always demonstrating a commitment to innovation and sustainable growth.

Mijo Šunjić and Bojan Šefer are no longer members of the Management Board of RHENUS LOGISTICS CROATIA. This company, previously known as TRANS INTEGRAL, was founded by Šunjić and was taken over two years ago by the Austrian RHENUS BETEILIGUNGS. This Austrian company also acquired Šefer’s LOG ADRIA in 2021.

Among other changes, we highlight:

The company ASBISC-CR received a Management Board on June 10, chaired by the former director Marija Pavelić, and Marko Malić was appointed as a member of the Management Board.

The former Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PLETER-USLUGA Tomislav Ivić has been appointed Chairman, replacing Ivice Krizmanića, while former Supervisory Board member Petar Barać is the new Deputy Chairman. Tomislav Jerbić has been a member of the Supervisory Board of this company since July 4.

The Belgian company LÉON VAN PARYS has acquired PACIFIC FRUIT LIMITED from the British PACIFIC FRUIT LIMITED. Segundo Benjamin Henriquez Tomala is no longer the director of that company.

Ljubiša Vukadinović has been a member of the Supervisory Board of KAMENA SIRAČA since August 25, replacing Slaven Kufner.

Nadi Štefanac has been granted procuration in VODOPRIVREDA KARLOVAC.

A pre-bankruptcy procedure has been opened for the company TRANSAGENT RAIL.

Željko Petković has transferred his share in LANDMARK GROUP to his own company COGNILION HOLDCO.

ĐURO ĐAKOVIĆ STANDARD and ĐURO ĐAKOVIĆ STROJNA OBRADA are no longer part of the ownership structure of ĐURO ĐAKOVIĆ ENERGETIKA I INFRASTRUKTURA.

Marijan Sršen has resigned from the position of Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of RADNIKA OPATIJA.

Goran Plahutar and Majda Fištrek Plahutar have joined Robertu Plahutaru in the ownership structure of MONTAŽNIH TRIBINA.

Following the merger with INTERIGRAM, the company LAS VEGAS has been removed from the Court Register.

Milanu Zdjelaru and Izabeli Simčić have had their procuration revoked in the Rijeka company ZDL ARHITEKTI.

Directors of the Osijek HIDROING, Branimir Barač and Matko Tadić , have entered the ownership structure of that company.

The entire Supervisory Board of the AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVE MEĐA has been dismissed.

It has been entered into the Court Register with a time lag that Marino Rukavina has been the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of VIR TURIZAM since January 1, replacing Igora Blaževića, and Srđan Liverić is a member of the Supervisory Board instead of Igora Kapovića.
