Tokić Closes Share Subscription Book for IPO

Tokić d. d. has today informed investors and the public that the share subscription book was closed today, October 31, at 12 PM. This was announced by the company on its LinkedIn profile.

– In accordance with the instructions from the public call for share subscription, payment for the subscribed shares for employees, small investors, and qualified investors who are natural persons is possible today, October 31, until no later than 2 PM, after which final activities related to determining the final share price and allocation of subscribed shares will follow, Tokić stated in its announcement.

Key Dates of the IPO Process in November

Tokić also reminded that the continuation of the initial public offering process will take place in November 2025, starting with November 3, when the management of Tokić Group will determine the final share price. Then, on the following day, November 4, the allocation of subscribed and paid shares will be conducted, about which investors will be specifically informed. After that, on November 7, a notice regarding the results of the initial public offering will be published, and ten days later, on November 17, the deadline for the return of excess paid funds to investors will expire.

– The Tokić Group thanks all investors for their expressed interest and trust. The closing of the subscription book marks the end of an important phase in the process of going public, through which Tokić confirms its growth strategy, investment in innovation, and strengthening of regional presence, Tokić d. d. stated in its announcement.

Hanfa Approved Prospectus for 1.2 Million Shares

After the company’s decision in August this year to increase its share capital and issue new shares for the IPO, Hanfa approved Tokić’s prospectus for the initial public offering of 1.2 million shares (one million new and 200 thousand existing, as well as their listing on the Zagreb Stock Exchange. Shares were offered at a price ranging from €20.2 to €25.6. The subscription for shares began on October 20 and has concluded today. After the entire process is completed, these shares will be tradable.
