Span has announced its unaudited business results for the nine months of 2025. Total revenues of Span Group amount to 181 million euros, which is a 31 percent increase compared to the same period in 2024. Business revenues grew by 31 percent, amounting to 180.1 million euros.
EBITDA before one-off items amounts to 11.2 million euros, marking a 39 percent increase compared to 2024. EBITDA after one-off items increased by 44 percent, totaling 11.1 million euros. The net profit of Span Group in the observed period amounts to 6.4 million euros, representing a growth of 112 percent compared to the same period last year.
The share of revenue generated by Span Group in foreign markets is 73 percent. The most significant growth is recorded in the Croatian market. When looking at revenue growth by business segments, the largest growth in nine months was recorded in the segments of Infrastructure Services, Cloud, and Cyber Security (40 percent) and Software Asset Management and Licensing (33 percent).
In the third quarter, Span continued to expand into new markets in line with its business expansion strategy into the markets of Southern, Central, and Eastern Europe, as well as Central Asia. New affiliated companies were opened in Romania and Greece, and for the purpose of further business development and expansion, a 25 million euro sustainability-linked bond was issued in July.
