The recent opening of the expanded favorite fashion store Zara has brought one of the most advanced formats of this global brand to Croatia. The store, designed as a blend of fashion, architecture, and technology, offers a fully integrated shopping experience across multiple channels, while simultaneously showcasing exclusive collections such as Zara Athleticz in an ambiance reminiscent of a boutique store. One of the key projects is the relocation and complete transformation of the food court over more than 3500 m2, which is moving to the second floor, into a modernly designed space with an expanded gastro offer. This revitalizes part of the center and opens up space for additional retail formats on the first floor.
Something New, Something Redesigned
Among other major innovations, the opening of Notino stands out, which Arena Centar has chosen as its first physical location in Croatia, marking an important step in the development of the beauty segment and further solidifying Arena Centar’s position as an essential shopping destination. Alongside Notino, the exclusive Nike flagship store will enrich the offering. Footballmania, Boss, Hugo, Paramount, Good Food, Links, and Bipa have already opened their doors. As part of a comprehensive renovation, Sport Vision, Under Armour, Mi Store, and Mikronis have relocated to new, redesigned spaces, while Tom Tailor, T-Centar, and Pek Snack have been refurbished. The children’s store Froddo has moved to a more attractive location, and Vitapur has expanded into a larger space.
