Fortenova: 13 companies received the Employer Partner certificate, 10 Future Resilience

By successfully passing through the evaluation process, the companies of the Fortenova group that already have the Employer Partner certificate were joined for the first time by Idea CG, and after other companies in the SELECTIO Group underwent regular recertification, a total of 13 companies of the Fortenova group currently hold independent external confirmation of excellence in human resource management.

Thus, today in 2025, the Employer Partner certificates were awarded to Konzum, Pik Vrbovec, Jamnica, mStart, Idea markets, Mg Mivela, Roto dinamic, Zvijezda, Dijamant, Mercator Slovenia, Sarajevski kiseljak, Idea-CG, and Fortenova grupa d.d.

The Employer Partner certificate is an impartial recognition from human resource experts in the European community, confirming the highest quality of management in seven key areas of human resources. The certification process evaluates a range of topics such as selection, competency development, leadership, work performance, engagement and satisfaction, career and succession, and rewards at all levels of the organization.

For 20 years, the certificate has indicated how companies in Croatia are developing processes in human resources, and since it is based on international standards, it also allows for comparison of domestic and global practices and monitoring of progress in the development of the profession.

At the same time, after Fortenova grupa d.d. went through the process of obtaining the Future Resilience (FR) certificate in 2024 as a test company, this year the companies Konzum, Konzum BiH, Roto dinamic, Zvijezda, Idea CG, Tisak, Mg Mivela, Jamnica, Sarajevski kiseljak, and mStart also received this certification in the SELECTIO Group, and they were presented with the FR certificate at the same ceremonial occasion.

This is a certificate that SELECTIO Group awards to companies that care about the well-being of their employees and implement activities that help them build resilience to various business and personal challenges as well as unpredictable and stressful situations.
