It has been entered into the Court Register that Matej Bakšić has been the CEO of PIK VRBOVEC PLUS since May 19, replacing Slaven Ružić.
Bakšić had a fiery baptism right at the beginning of his term, as he was greeted by a strike that lasted almost a month. He joined AGROKOR/FORTENOVA in 2018 from PwC CONSULTING. He has been a manager at PIK since early 2020, and from March 2024, he was the sales director.
Ružić had been at the helm of the company since 2019, and after leaving PIK, he established his own company JADORIS at his Zagreb address and registered it for wholesale.
Jerko Jakšić has been the director of FIDIFARM since June 11, replacing Gordana Badurina. This centralizes Luka Rajić‘s management of his pharmaceutical business, given that Jakšić has been at the head of PHARMASA since 2013.
FIDIFARM was acquired by LURA GRUPA from ATLANTICA in 2020. The company has had a factory in Croatia since 1991, and the business was started by pharmacist Đuro Šrekais in 1986 with the establishment of DIETPHARMA GmbH in Munich.
The dietary range under the Dietpharm brand has been on the Croatian market since 1988, and these dietary preparations are still the main product today.
Among other changes, we highlight:
Marc Böckenholt has been appointed a member of the Management Board of PHOENIX FARMACIJA.
Muris Andelija has been appointed a member of the Management Board of TDR, and Goran Baričević has been granted power of attorney instead of Luka Mladenović.
Nadi Pavlović has had her power of attorney revoked at MEGGLE HRVATSKA.
