POLIKLINIKA SINTEZA has merged with POLIKLINIKA MARKUŠIĆ from Opatija. This acquisition is part of SINTEZA’s long-term strategy to consolidate the private healthcare sector and expand the availability of its services across a broader area of Croatia.

POLIKLINIKA SINTEZA has been operating for over 16 years and is continuously developing through strategic acquisitions and organic growth. The recent integration of POLIKLINIKA MARKUŠIĆ allows for the expansion of SINTEZA’s portfolio of dermatological and aesthetic services and strengthens its presence in Kvarner.

Previous acquisitions have included other institutions, such as POLIKLINIKA SOBOL in Zagreb, further expanding SINTEZA’s range of services, including pediatrics and neuro-robotic rehabilitation. The management of the polyclinic previously emphasized that the goal of integrating new institutions is to ensure better alignment of business processes, improve service quality, and offer patients a comprehensive approach to healthcare.

‒ The expansion through acquisitions allows us to become a leading health hub in the region, combining top expertise with modern service organization – previously stated by POLIKLINIKA SINTEZA, led by Ognjen Bagatin. This acquisition further strengthens POLIKLINIKA SINTEZA’s position in the private healthcare sector and raises the standards of availability and quality of services for patients across Croatia.
