Mirakul Educational Center has been developing and successfully implementing specialized educational programs for the HR community for over a decade. Among them, the HR Academy stands out as the longest-running and most prestigious program for the development of HR professionals in the region. Over 23 generations, more than 700 participants from various industries have gone through the Academy, making it one of the most influential programs for professional development in the field of human resources.

Through a systematic approach to human resource management, the HR Academy addresses key topics – from recruitment and employee development to strategic planning and HR analytics. The content is continuously updated, with newer generations introducing modules on diversity and inclusion as well as organizational culture. Starting in the fall of 2025, participants will also have access to an elective online module “AI and the Future of HR”, dedicated to the role of artificial intelligence in HR processes.

“Our programs are not static – from generation to generation, we introduce new topics, develop content, and adapt it to the current challenges faced by HR professionals. The strength of the HR Academy lies in its ability to combine tradition and relevance – a decade of experience and constant adaptation to what the HR community needs today. That is why each generation has its own special stamp, and participants leave empowered with knowledge and more confident in their roles,” says Bojana Šimac, coordinator of development and support for the HR Academy.

Hybrid Delivery Method and Top Instructors

All Academy modules are held in a hybrid format – live in Zagreb and online via Zoom. This allows participants complete flexibility and an equal level of interaction, regardless of their location. Additionally, all participants have access to recorded lectures through the Mirakul e-learning platform, enabling them to review content and follow the education at their own pace.

The instructors are renowned HR professionals who have built careers in executive positions at companies such as Siemens, Addiko Bank, IBM, AstraZeneca, Hrvatski Telekom,  Nomad Foods, Atlantic Group, Biovege, Nova TV, IN2 Group, Wolt, Pevex, and many others. Their practical knowledge and experience are conveyed to participants through interactive workshops and case studies.

“It is precisely the experience of the instructors, their practical knowledge, and understanding of real challenges that make the Mirakul HR Academy different and valuable for participants,” emphasizes Bojana Šimac.

Participants come from various profiles – from HR associates and specialists to managers and HR business partners, and the program also attracts executives, lawyers, and young professionals just entering the HR world. This diversity further enriches the educational process, as it allows for the exchange of experiences from different sectors and perspectives.

One of the participants, Melita Sobota from the Croatian Civil Aviation Agency, stated:

“This has truly been a useful and efficient training, and the environment was particularly encouraging, thanks to the instructors and participants. I believe that the knowledge we gained and the experiences we shared will be extremely beneficial, and the contacts will be welcome in future challenging situations.”

HR Leadership Excellence – A Program for a New Level of HR Leadership

In addition to the HR Academy, Mirakul has developed HR Leadership Excellence – ONLINE, an advanced program aimed at HR professionals, managers, and leaders. The program enables participants to develop leadership skills, strengthen communication with top management, manage change, and ethically apply AI tools in HR processes.

Through 9 modules, participants acquire tools for leadership through a coaching approach, shaping organizational culture, increasing employee engagement, and enhancing the influence of HR on strategic decisions. The goal of the program is to empower HR professionals to become key partners to management and drivers of innovation in organizations.
