Anja Cipot Pustatičnik has been appointed as a member of the Management Board of SANCTA DOMENICA, replacing Goran Janičijević.

Cipot Pustatičnik is a manager with extensive experience in retail, particularly in the areas of marketing, procurement, and online store development. For the past five years, she has held leadership positions at Big Bang.

Recall that three years ago, the Slovenian Big Bang acquired the domestic Sancta Domenica from its founder, Vesna Ramljak. The appointment of Cipot Pustatičnik to the Management Board of Sancta Domenica comes at a time when the company, a member of the Big Bang Group, is intensively expanding its retail and online sales channels in the Croatian and regional markets under the new parent brand Big Bang.

PREHRANA TRGOVINA has been merged with TRGOVINA KRK. As a result, TRGOVINA KRK has taken over all business activities, rights, and obligations of the merged company, and the merger process is part of a broader strategy for business expansion and consolidation.

TRGOVINA KRK has been operating for over 75 years and functions as a joint-stock company within the NTL group. It belongs to the ČAKOVEČKIH MLINOVA group and, as the holder of the company’s retail operations, has merged with a company from the group. TRGOVINA KRK currently employs over two thousand employees and manages 415 active stores as well as additional sales spaces in the segments of building materials, textiles, drugstores, perfumeries, and gas stations. It is present in six Croatian regions – in Kvarner, Istria, Međimurje, Zagorje, the wider area of Virovitica, and Zagreb County.

In recent years, TRGOVINA KRK has been intensively expanding its business. In 2021, it acquired the retail operations of RADNIK OPATIJA, 175 facilities of the company METSS, and in 2022, it also acquired the company TRGOSTIL. TRGOVINA KRK generated as much as 183.80 million euros in revenue last year, operating with a net profit of 4.67 million euros.
