Recall that three years ago, the Slovenian Big Bang acquired the domestic Sancta Domenica from its founder, Vesna Ramljak. In recent years, TRGOVINA KRK has been intensively expanding its business. In 2021, it acquired the retail operations of RADNIK OPATIJA, 175 facilities of the company METSS, and in 2022, it also acquired the company TRGOSTIL.
