Icertias, an international company based in Zurich specializing in market research and quality certification (Best Buy Award, QUDAL – Quality Medal, Customers’ Friend) in over 40 countries, including Croatia and Switzerland, announced that as of October 1, Zoja Ivanišević, the former head of development at the company’s Zagreb branch, will take over the management of its global operations.

Ivanišević graduated from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb, after which she obtained a master’s degree at Bocconi University in Milan. She began her professional career at Furla in Milan, continued at the international consulting firm Be – Shaping the Future in Rome, and upon returning to Croatia, joined Brigada, where as a business director she led multidisciplinary teams and strategic clients and managed overall operations. She joined Icertias last year.

In her new role, she will work between the company’s headquarters in Zurich and the regional center in Zagreb, and will be responsible for optimizing processes and organizational structure, coordinating teams, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, while continuously improving customer experience and service quality across all markets.

– I am looking forward to continuing to build projects that bring real value to consumers around the world with the Icertias team. It means a lot to me that I can invest my international experience into a global story that originated from Croatia – said Ivanišević.

Icertias was founded in Croatia in 2010 by Robert Slavečki and Mirjana Slavečki Pelaić, launching the Best Buy Award program, and just a year later, Icertius was established in Zurich. Its certificates are held by numerous leading local and international brands worldwide, including McDonald’s, Vodafone, Bosch, Volkswagen, Mercedes, Toyota, Samsung, Nestlé, P&G, Unilever, Mondelez, and others. The basis for the issuance of certificates is independent market research, developed in collaboration with partners such as GfK and PwC, whose results serve as a benchmark for quality on an international level.
