The company State Real Estate achieved total revenues of approximately 24.4 million euros in 2024, marking a 17 percent increase compared to the previous year, and in the first six months of this year, total revenues amounted to around 12.3 million euros, reflecting the continuation of stable operations, the company reported on Thursday.

Affordable Housing

In addition to financial growth, State Real Estate plans to continue specific activities aimed at optimizing the portfolio and activating properties by the end of the year.

They will pay special attention to state programs for affordable housing and Statilea, under which State Real Estate is renovating adequate vacant apartments owned by the Republic of Croatia.

Planned Competitions

In parallel, further public competitions for the disposal of state property are planned. By the end of the year, two more competitions for the sale of real estate and three competitions for the lease of business premises are planned, with the intention of further optimizing and activating the portfolio and increasing market supply.

State Real Estate stated that they have entered the top 500 Croatian companies based on newly created value for 2024, according to the announcement by the business weekly Lider in collaboration with Dun & Bradstreet.

In the overall ranking, they secured the 316th position, while in the sectoral indicators for real estate business activities, they achieved a high third place.

Portfolio Optimization

This position, as they emphasized, further confirms the direction in which the company actively approaches the management and activation of state assets.

Entering the top 500 based on newly created value and a high position in the sectoral ranking confirms that State Real Estate successfully combines public tasks with a market approach, thereby contributing to the optimization of the state asset portfolio and the creation of sustainable value, the statement concludes.
