Ivanec, Pula, and Nova Gradiška are the locations of the latest electric vehicle chargers from Qelo, the first independent e-mobility service provider in Croatia. The charger in Ivanec is located within the Stop Shop retail park, a city known for its large number of solar power plants.
In Pula, the charger is located in City Mall and offers four fast connections, while the third charger will be operational from October 3 in Nova Gradiška, within the StopShop retail park, according to a statement from ennasolAuto, the company behind the Qelo brand.

On the brink of half a million euros in revenue

The third quarter is traditionally the most intense period for Qelo’s business. This year, revenue generated in just two summer months has exceeded the total revenue of last year.
– Qelo will achieve a growth of over 250 percent by the end of 2025 compared to the previous year, and we will allocate a quarter (121,144 euros) for the payment of the first coupon of the convertible bond. With this, we aim to confirm our reliability in fulfilling obligations to the community of investors – stated Tomislav Ivanetić, a member of Qelo’s Management Board responsible for business development.
The funds raised from the bond will be invested in further developing a network of 50 fast chargers at 18 locations across Croatia. Part of the investment is also directed towards enhancing the Qelo card service, which allows users easy identification and authorization at any electric vehicle charger in Croatia and the European Union (almost one million chargers).

Qelo AI Assistant

During the summer, Qelo also launched its own artificial intelligence, the AI WhatsApp assistant, which will provide domestic and visiting e-drivers in roaming with faster and more accurate information, thus creating greater value for charger users, as well as increasing the profitability of locations and overall business.
Qelo bases its business model on forecasts from European statistics, which suggest that by next year there could be 40,000 electric vehicles on Croatian roads, and by 2030, as many as 200,000.
The Qelo card allows for charging an electric vehicle’s battery anytime and at any charger, with simple one-step authorization, and just one monthly bill, regardless of the number of charges or location, according to the statement.
