The Court Register has confirmed that Enzo Smrekar has withdrawn from the Management Board of ATLANTIC GRUPA as well as from the helm of the Slovenian company ATLANTIC DROGA KOLINSKA. The company announced that Smrekar’s responsibilities have been redistributed among the other members of the Management Board, with Mate Štetić taking over the management of ATLANTIC DROGA KOLINSKA.

Personal reasons are cited as the reason for his departure after 20 years with the company, and Smrekar also stated on his LinkedIn profile that he left ‘due to changed personal circumstances’. He has founded a consulting company ENZO SMREKAR s.p.

The Court Register has also confirmed that Mojca Domiter has been appointed as a member of the Management Board of ATLANTIC GRUPA responsible for human resources and culture. She has over 20 years of professional experience across a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications.

The majority of her career has been focused on shaping strategies and processes related to people, having led the human resources departments of VIPnet, JGL, and since 2011, she has been leading key initiatives in the areas of culture, leadership development, and people-related processes at ATLANTIC GRUPA. She graduated in psychology from the University of Rijeka, completed an Executive MBA at Cotrugli Business School, and has furthered her education at IESE, London Business School, Ashridge, and Harvard.
