Ivana Lonjak Dam and Stefano Gison are new members of the Management Board of Zagrebačka banka

By decision of the Supervisory Board of Zagrebačka banka, Ivana Lonjak Dam has been appointed as a member of the Management Board for Risk Management of Zagrebačka banka (CRO – Chief Risk Officer), and Stefano Gison as a member of the Management Board for Banking Operations Support (COO – Chief Operating Officer). With the receipt of the ECB’s consent for the appointment, their mandate commenced on September 17, 2025.

Ivana Lonjak Dam joined UniCredit in 2004 as a relationship manager at Zagrebačka banka. In 2008, she transitioned to Risk Management. Since 2013, she has held various international roles at UniCredit Bank Austria and UniCredit SpA in Milan, overseeing risk frameworks in Central and Eastern Europe. In April 2020, she was appointed Chief Risk Officer and a member of the Management Board of UniCredit Bank Hungary. She holds an MBA and a degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zagreb, a CFA certification, and has completed the Executive Master in Change program at INSEAD.

Stefano Gison was a member of the Management Board of UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia and COO since 2021. Prior to that, he held the position of member of the Management Board for Banking Operations Support at Zagrebačka banka and UniCredit Bank in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He graduated from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and has an additional certificate in leading digital business transformation from IMD.
