After two decades of building Infobip into a global technology company, Roberto Kutić, co-founder and former Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the communication platform, is embarking on a new business venture. Kutić has launched Festina.ai, an AI venture studio specializing in the development of domain-specific agents for complex business processes.
– From a small idea in Croatia to building a global technology leader, I have had the privilege of helping turn a vision into reality – an extraordinary journey built on relentless product execution, operational scaling, and teams that grew across continents – Kutić wrote on his LinkedIn profile, having left Infobip a few months ago from the position of Chief Operating Officer.
In June of this year, the public learned of Kutić’s departure from the company. At that time, Infobip confirmed in a brief press release that Roberto Kutić would continue his career outside the company while remaining a co-owner of Infobip.
Festina.ai, his new company, focuses on designing, building, and scaling domain-specific agents for complex work in the fields of law, finance, HR, and other sectors.
Kutić takes on the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the new company, while the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) has been assumed by Martina Ćurić, head of applied AI and systems design with over 10 years of experience who left Infobip with him. The third key team member is Ivica Pravica, a software architect who will develop the foundation of the new startup with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
