The Rijeka-based company Aestus has announced that it has developed its solution for Fiscalization 2.0 – the Parra application, which they are confident represents the most favorable and technologically advanced solution on the market.

According to Aestus’s announcement, Parra enables quick and secure issuance of eInvoices, fiscalization of transactional invoices to individuals (B2C), as well as complete digitalization of business processes. Through the application, business operations can be monitored in real-time, all financial data and documents can be accessed, offers and travel orders can be created, and working hours can be recorded. The functionalities, Aestus proudly stated, are available to users through a simple interface.

Free eArchive as a Competitive Advantage

Parra also features a free eArchive functionality compliant with the obligations imposed by Fiscalization 2.0, which could be its advantage over competitors who charge for such services. Namely, in addition to the obligation to receive and issue eInvoices and their fiscalization in real-time, these changes will also bring mandatory storage of eInvoices in the prescribed electronic format.

As stated by Aestus, Parra has been using AI algorithms for some time that convert unstructured data from photographs and PDFs into structured data ready for posting. Until now, this capability was intended for large companies, and Aestus has now opened it up to smaller entrepreneurs. Aestus also noted that they understand the needs of small entrepreneurs very well, as they themselves started their journey as a small company, and now they know better how to help others grow. The Rijeka-based Aestus also shows an intention for expansion and growth, as they announced plans to open offices in Zagreb and Osijek.
