Milan Listeš, an expert in business analytics and digital transformation with extensive experience in the development of BE-terna group’s business, will assume the position of General Director of BE-terna Croatia on October 1, 2025. In this role, he will succeed Krešimir Mlinarić, the current director of BE-terna.
Listeš graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing and the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. For over a decade at BE-terna Croatia, he has worked on business analytics, digital transformation, and business process optimization projects, and has actively participated in international conferences dedicated to data and AI topics.
The BE-terna group, which includes the Croatian branch, is one of the leading European companies for business software solutions and digital transformation services. Since 2022, it has been part of Telefónica Tech group, which enables it to access a wide portfolio of advanced solutions in the areas of cloud, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
According to available data, in 2024, BE-terna achieved 9.5 million euros in revenue and a profit of nearly 700 thousand euros, while the number of employees in the Zagreb office increased to 71.
As stated in the announcement, BE-terna Croatia will continue to focus on supporting companies in digital and AI transformation, with a particular emphasis on transitioning to cloud, modernizing business applications, and implementing AI solutions with measurable business value.
