The Supervisory Board of Atlantic Group has made decisions regarding appointments in the Management Board and the Committees of the Supervisory Board, as well as the election of the Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board has confirmed new three-year mandates for Management Board members Lada Tedeschi Fiorio and Srećko Nakić (from October 3, 2025) and Mato Štetić (from December 9, 2025), alongside the existing mandates of Emil Tedeschi, Neven Vranković, and Zoran Stanković. The former Senior Executive Director Mojca Domiter has been appointed as a new member of the Management Board of Atlantic Group responsible for the area of human resources and culture, with a three-year mandate starting from September 5, 2025. With this latest expansion of the Management Board, Atlantic Group further strengthens its management team in the implementation of the corporate strategy and future development of the company, with the awareness that people and culture are key to successful business operations.
Mojca Domiter has over 20 years of professional experience across a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications. The majority of her career has been focused on shaping strategies and processes related to people; she has led human resources departments at VIPnet, JGL Rijeka, and since 2011, has been leading key initiatives in the areas of culture, leadership development, and people-related processes at Atlantic Group. She has implemented group performance management, talent management, and reward systems within the company, resulting in significant growth in employee engagement and strengthening the recognition of Atlantic Group as an employer of choice. She holds a degree in psychology from the University of Rijeka, completed an Executive MBA at Cotrugli Business School, and has furthered her education at IESE, London Business School, Ashridge, and Harvard.
