KAMEN SIRAČ has received a Management Board led by the former director Dario Sertić, with Marijana Jovanović appointed as a member. Silvija Kufner Hopp has been granted procuration. Kamen Sirač is owned by KUFNER GRUPE, which earlier this year sold a segment of its business involving stone aggregates, specifically the management of four quarries, to the CRH group.
CRH NEDERLANDS holds 90 percent ownership of KUFNER GRUPE, while 10 percent is owned by Slaven Kufner. The change in the Management Board of Kamen Sirač is a result of this acquisition.
The French company NEFTYS.PHARMA has entered the ownership structure of DDL ZAGREB, which has received a Management Board. The Management Board of DDL is chaired by the former Chief Operating Officer Ida Šepek, with members being the former directors and co-owners Darko and Dean Laškaj.
DDL announced the acquisition at the end of July, stating that Neftys Pharma is taking over a majority ownership stake, which is a significant step forward in the further development of the company engaged in the distribution of pet products.
– This partnership will enable us to make a stronger market impact, expand our product portfolio, and enhance the quality of service we provide to our clients. Neftys Pharma, headquartered in France, operates in twelve countries across Europe and Africa at 27 locations, employs over 700 staff, and generates annual revenues exceeding 500 million euros. With a client base of around 20,000, it has established itself as one of the key players in the distribution of veterinary medical products – they stated on their official website.
DDL Zagreb generated 13.98 million euros in revenue last year, representing an increase of 18.31 percent compared to the previous year. The company also achieved a net profit of 1.35 million euros, which is 90.59 percent higher than in 2023.
