New Member of the Management Board of HEP ODS, Changes at the Helm of HPB’s Supervisory Board

Ivica Lončar has been serving as a member of the Management Board of HEP – DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OPERATOR since July 1. He joined HEP from the position of COO at MOBERG. Since 1998, he has worked in a number of companies, including ERICSSON, MOBIS ELECTRONICS, MICROSOFT, AGRIVI, and the CROATIAN LOTTERY.

CROATIAN POST BANK has a new Supervisory Board chaired by Prof. Dr. Alen Stojanović, replacing Marijana Miličević. The new members of the Supervisory Board are Marija Cvrlje and Dr. Dajana Barbić, Associate Professor. Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Ante Omazić (Deputy Chairman) and Mr. Marijana Vuraić Kudeljan have been reappointed.

Stojanović is a full professor in permanent selection at the Department of Finance at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and the initiator and head of the faculty’s Institute for Financial Market Research. The other two independent members of the Supervisory Board also come from the same faculty.

Omazić is a full professor in permanent status at the Department of Organization and Management and also serves as the Chairman of the Management Board at the IEDC – Bled School of Management, is a member of the Supervisory Board of Čakovečki mlinovi d.d., and a member of the Executive Board of GNK Dinamo.

Barbić is an associate professor at the Department of Finance, a member of the Supervisory Board of Croatian Radiotelevision (HRT), and a member of the Scientific Society of Economists, the Operational Working Group for Financial Literacy at the Ministry of Finance, and has participated in the Working Group for drafting the Proposal for the Pension Insurance Act at the Ministry of Labor, Pension System, Family, and Social Policy.

Vuraić Kudeljan is the Deputy Director at the Central Office of the Tax Administration of the Ministry of Finance, while Cvrlje is the Assistant Director in the Administrative Support Sector at the Central Register of Insured Persons in Zagreb.

From other changes, we highlight:

The former Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JADRANSKA VRATA Hans-Ole Madsen has been appointed as a member of the Management Board instead of Jacob Christian Gulmann, who has taken over the position of Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Scott William Andreasen has been serving as a member of the Management Board of TASKUS CROATIA since March 3, replacing Steven Amaya.

Kristijan Bobaš and Dane Pavičić are no longer members of the Supervisory Board of VRANJICA BELVEDERE.

Ivan Borić has been serving as the Director of ŽIVI BAR since April 18, replacing owner Josip Šimić.

A member of the Management Board of NOTCH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS Danijel Sedmak has entered the ownership structure instead of Mihael Sedmak.

Ema Steiner has been appointed as the Director of REPEND in Osijek, replacing Saša Zubak.

EDILNOVA is establishing a subsidiary company, NOVAEDIL.

Miloš Dobričić has taken over BEPOS DIGITAL from Stjepan Bleka and renamed it MILOS DIGITAL.

Ivana Jurina has been serving as the Director at FORSET since May 5.

The company SEKUNDARAC-RESNIK has merged with INTERVENTUS GRUPA.

Miljenko Buljubašić and Josip Dobronić have joined Nena Buljubašić in the ownership structure of BEN NAMJEŠTAJA.

CONUS BETON has merged with the subsidiary company CONUS INŽENJERING.

The Slovenian ISKRAEMECO has acquired the Zagreb-based HOLOSYS from Tomislav Lekić, Ivan Lukačević, Zoran Zoričić and the Swiss ISKRAEMECO HOLDING, and the company name has been changed to ISKRAEMECO HOLOSYS. Zoran Zoričić and Peter Kobal are no longer members of the Management Board.
