More than fifteen thousand citizens have participated in the educational online quiz “Loud About Money” so far, entering the competition to win a prize equivalent to three average Croatian salaries. Three lucky participants will each win €4,344, an amount that can fill the recommended personal emergency fund. Participation is possible for only five more days, until August 31, 2025, on the official website of Addiko Bank (Addiko Birthday Prize Draw).
Instead of complex terms often associated with finance, the quiz “Loud About Money” introduces popular culture, asking for movies and series related to money, among other things. The quiz was launched as part of the Addiko Bank campaign of the same name, which is based on research results regarding the financial habits and attitudes of citizens.
Since as many as 71 percent of citizens recognize money as a taboo topic, “Loud About Money” encourages open and honest discussions about finances – within families, among partners, and in society in general. One of the nine suggested starting topics for discussing money is precisely that of an emergency fund, which should cover at least three months of regular living expenses in case of unforeseen situations.
Every adult individual residing in Croatia who answers all questions correctly in the quiz will enter the draw for the prize. The results of the draw will be published on the Addiko Bank website (www.addiko.hr) no later than September 16, 2025.
Addiko Bank is committed to continuously influencing the increase in the percentage of Croatian citizens who regularly discuss money from the current 36 percent to 56 percent by the end of 2028.
