The former member of the Management Board of ADRIATIC LUXURY HOTELS and HOTEL CROATIA Antun Jakobušić has been appointed as the President of the Management Board instead of David James Taylor.
As previously reported in Lider, David James Taylor took over the management of Adriatic Luxury Hotels during challenging times, a month before the world was ravaged by the pandemic, which disrupted the operations of many stable business systems, including the group managing luxury hotels on the Dubrovnik Riviera.
He arrived in Dubrovnik from London, with thirty years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry, including in the GLH Hotels, Hilton, and InterContinental groups. He was welcomed by a steadily growing company operating with significant profits, followed by a collapse of the tourism market that resulted in revenues falling by 72 percent in 2020 compared to the year before the pandemic.
Jakobušić has been on the Management Board of this company since 2011, and before Taylor, he was also at the helm of the Management Board for a time.
It has been confirmed in the Court Register that Josip Čorić has been appointed as the interim member of the Management Board and director of SPLIT AIRPORT instead of Lukša Novak, who passed away in June at the age of 64. He had been at the head of the Airport for over 25 years. Čorić was the deputy director and previously the financial director. He has been part of the management team for years and is well acquainted with all processes. He has been temporarily appointed to this position until a member of the Management Board – director is appointed through a public competition, for a period of no longer than six months.
Among other changes, we highlight:
Pavel Vinter is no longer a member of the Management Board at ZAGREBAČKA BANKA.
Lea-Maria Brigljević is no longer part of the ownership structure of MAKROMIKRO GROUP from Velika Gorica. She has also transferred part of her ownership in the company MAKROMIKRO to MAKROMIKRO GROUP and her power of attorney has been revoked.
