The role of a leader is no longer limited to setting goals and monitoring results; today, leaders are expected to engage, develop, and lead people in an environment shaped by market pressures, organizational transformations, new technologies, and changes in employee expectations.
How can one be a leader who connects organizational goals with the needs of people, sets clear expectations, fosters collaboration, and provides effective feedback? Answers to these questions will be provided by the two-day workshop Leadership in Practice, organized by the business weekly Lider and the consulting firm Spring+Shift, on September 10 and 11 at the International Hotel in Zagreb.
Through practical work, participants will develop key leadership skills, from setting clear expectations and agreements, building trust and providing feedback, to conducting difficult conversations and adapting work styles in flexible conditions, whether in the office, hybrid, or remotely.
The workshop is led by Sanja Petek Mujačić, partner and director of Spring+Shift, executive and team coach, and expert in organizational development with over 20 years of experience working with companies in the finance, IT, telecom, retail, and manufacturing sectors.
The workshop is intended for professionals and managers who wish to develop their own leadership style (regardless of title or size of the organization) and who recognize that effective leadership is crucial for growth, resilience, and success in today’s business environment.
