Plinio Cuccurin is no longer the procurator of the Pula company ALPHA ADRIATIC. Cuccurin served as the chairman of the Supervisory Board in that company, formerly known as ULJANIK PLOVIDBA, until September last year, after which he became a procurator. Today, this domestic entrepreneur sits on the supervisory boards of PREHRAMBENOG INDUSTRIJSKOG KOMBINATA, MON PERINA, and TERRA VALLIS.
He is also the owner of the company PLINIO, through which he purchased shares of ALPHA ADRIATIC at the end of 2021. He is the third-largest shareholder, and his stake of 4.27 percent has been held in a custodial account at the brokerage INTERKAPITAL VRIJEDNOSNI PAPIRI since July 21.
Darko Horvat has been appointed chairman of the Supervisory Board of MLINAR, replacing Alain Henri G. Beyens, while Vanja Vlak has been appointed vice-chairman instead of Filip Kisdobranski. Zvonimir Mršić, Nikola Damiani and Iztok Polanič are new members of the Supervisory Board. These changes in the Supervisory Board of Mlinar followed the acquisition of the bakery company by BOSQAR INVEST in December last year.
This company, let us recall, executed a transaction with a total value of one hundred million euros and immediately acquired a 50.1 percent stake. The acquisition was strategically supported by MidEUROPA, a European private equity-investor with deep roots in Central Europe, with which BOSQAR has a long-standing partnership.
