Siniša Komnenović Takes Over Business Development Leadership at Alma Career South

In his new role, Komnenović will be responsible for operational business and strategic growth, fostering innovation and creating additional value for clients and job seekers.

Siniša Komnenović brings extensive experience in business management, sales, and digital transformation. His ability to lead multicultural teams and achieve results in a dynamic, technology-oriented environment makes him an exceptionally valuable addition to the Alma Career team. Prior to taking on this role, he served as the CEO of Tifon, a member of the MOL Group, for seven years, where he made a key contribution to strengthening organizational culture and aligning business objectives with employee engagement, thereby building a resilient and results-oriented organization.

His leadership style, infused with rich executive experience and a strong academic background, reflects a deep understanding of business complexity, the importance of empowering teams, and a strategic approach to sustainable growth and development.

In his role as Regional Director, Komnenović will report directly to Vesi-Pekka Kirsilu, Executive Vice President of Alma Career, who stated:
