The Court Register has confirmed that Đuro Tatalović is the new member of the Management Board of TISKA PLUS as of March 1, replacing Ivo Lovrić, who has been appointed director of the newly established FORTENOVINA company DISTRIBUTION OF PRINTED MEDIA.

The owner of PETEK TOURS – TRAVEL AGENCY Krešo Petek has returned to the director position he left two and a half months before his arrest in the JANAF affair, replacing Goran Jozić.

The Supervisory Board and Management of DW REUSABLES HUM have been dissolved, and the former CEO Dean Hitrec now represents the company independently as director.

Marijana Bačić, a member of the Management Board of HT and former member of the Supervisory Board of COMBIS, has been appointed director of that HT subsidiary, replacing Goran Cara. Matija Kovačević is the new member of the Supervisory Board.

The pre-bankruptcy procedure for ZAMAX PLIN has been concluded, and the restructuring plan has been confirmed. Unsecured creditors have agreed to a write-off of 40% of their claims, with the largest creditors being owner Domagoj Puh and his other companies, claiming around 500 thousand euros out of a total of 1.09 million euros. A pre-bankruptcy agreement has also been confirmed for the company PLINKA-PUH of the same owner. PLINKA-PUH has written off nearly 126 thousand euros of ZAMAX PLIN, which in turn has also written off 40% of its claims against the related company – nearly 13 thousand euros.
