The Supervisory Board of Hrvatski Telekom today appointed Matija Kovačević as a member of the Management Board for Finance, Marijana Bačić as a member of the Management Board for Business Customers, Siniša Đuranović as a member of the Management Board for Corporate Affairs, and Boris Drilo as a member of the Management Board for Technology and Information Technologies for another three-year term.
Elvira González Sevilla, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Hrvatski Telekom, emphasized that HT, under the leadership of this Management Board, has made significant technological, organizational, and transformational strides.
– Considering HT’s achievements and the passion and dedication of the team managing the company towards continuous improvements, I believe that HT will continue to raise and set new industry standards and be a market leader that creates value for its customers and partners – stated González Sevilla.
Marijana Bačić has served as a member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer for Business Customers (COO Business) since September 2022, responsible for the development, marketing, and sales of services to business customers, customer and technical services, and the overall ICT business.
Boris Drilo has been a member of the Management Board and Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO) since January 2017. He is responsible for the development, implementation, and operations of the technological platforms of Hrvatski Telekom, including mobile, fixed networks, and IT and business systems.
Siniša Đuranović has been a member of the Management Board and Chief Corporate Officer (CCO) since December 2022. He is responsible for coordinating and managing corporate affairs in the areas of strategy, regulatory and public affairs, legal affairs, wholesale, mergers and acquisitions, as well as sustainable business, electronic communication infrastructure, business transformation, tportal, and digital advertising services.
