The owner of RICARDA Milan Vrdoljak has been appointed as a member of the Management Board and director at Crnov-Commerce in Đakovo. Zdravko Crnov‘s power of attorney has been revoked.

The company S.C. METALNE KONSTRUKCIJE from Križevci has revoked the sole member of the Management Board Ivica Jurilja, who has independently led the company since 2010. Instead, a Management Board has been appointed, chaired by minority co-owner (21%) Roberto Mansutti, with members Marco Pietropolli, Christian Leschiutta, and Paolo Schneider Savio.

The Court Register has confirmed that ERICSSON NIKOLA TESLA has received a Management Board, with the current director Gordana Kovačević remaining at the helm, and members Milan Živković, Hrvoje Benčić, and Damir Bušić.
