Important Milestone
In Novska, a modern new production and logistics location is being established under the name TECE Industrial. The new company will be led by directors Michael Freitag and Alen Avdaković. The project is an important milestone in TECE’s expansion strategy. The implementation deadlines are challenging but clearly defined: the official start of construction was on March 3, 2025. A key phase of the project is the completion of the entire building structure by December 31, 2025, with production set to begin no later than July 1, 2026. The dimensions of the new building highlight the importance of the location: approximately 9,500 m² of production space, 7,100 m² of storage-logistics space, and 1,600 m² of modern office space will be constructed on the total area.
In Novska, TECE will utilize proven and advanced manufacturing technologies. This primarily includes injection molding of plastics, manual and semi-automatic assembly processes, and modern, fully automated processing of stainless steel. These technologies enable TECE to respond flexibly to market demands while maintaining high product quality.
Why Novska?
The decision to invest in the Novska location was the result of a careful and comprehensive evaluation process. TECE always makes investment and location decisions with a long-term, strategic perspective. As part of the project development, five countries and a total of thirty different locations were thoroughly analyzed and compared. Several key factors ultimately favored Novska – the city stood out for its dynamic and investor-friendly local government. Cooperation with local authorities has been constructive and goal-oriented from the very beginning.
