The management of Ina Oil Industry has convened a general assembly for June 13, during which shareholders will decide, among other things, on the distribution of a dividend totaling 120 million euros or 12 euros per share.
Compared to last year’s dividend of 24 euros per share, this represents a payout that is half as much. It is worth noting that Ina ended the year 2024 with a net profit attributable to the company’s owners of 156.04 million euros, which is 30 percent less than in 2023, with net sales revenue amounting to 3.72 billion euros or one percent lower.
In the call for the General Assembly published on Tuesday, it is stated that the Management and Supervisory Board propose that the net profit of 156 million euros be distributed in such a way that the largest portion, 120 million euros, is paid out as a dividend, while 28.24 million euros would be allocated to retained earnings, and 7.8 million euros to legal reserves. The dividend of 12 euros per share would be payable to all shareholders who are registered as owners in the SKDD depository on June 18, and the actual payment would be carried out on July 11.
Along with the discharge of the Management and Supervisory Board for the year 2024, the call for the assembly also includes a proposal to amend the company’s business subject by adding the activity of ‘energy storage’ to the Statute.
