Rovinj once again transforms into the epicenter of the HR world! From May 6 to 8, the 13th HR Days conference – the largest regional gathering dedicated to human resources, leadership, and business trends – will take place at the Lone hotel.
This year’s program offers a true HR adventure: from practical workshops, inspiring lectures by foreign experts, ‘hot seats’, and current panel discussions, to lively and argumentative round tables, as well as numerous opportunities for quality networking.
Domestic speakers on burning topics
This year, the ‘Hot Seats’ will feature: Marin Bezić, Infobip; Tina Turk Lupieri, Maistra Hospitality Group; Martina Verović, Rimac Automobili; Srećko Nakić, Atlantic Grupa; and Nataša Jakovac Borojević, Zagrebačka banka. Through rapid-fire questions, each of them will present their views and answers to pressing issues in the domestic labor market – quickly, clearly, and without beating around the bush.
While they will tackle rapid-fire questions, their colleagues will engage in discussions with participants in two round tables that will, without gloves, open topics of employing domestic versus foreign workers and salary transparency.

Topics for everyone
This year’s program is even richer and more diverse, as evidenced by the topics that domestic and foreign experts will discuss. There will be discussions on how to motivate a team, build an authentic leadership style, transform internal blockages, and turn weaknesses into strengths. We will explore how to develop a feedback culture that retains people, why internal communication and a good atmosphere are not a luxury but a necessity, and how to recognize in time when someone from your team is considering leaving.
We will also delve deeply into Total Rewards strategies – how to design pay, benefits, and compensation systems that people truly value. We will touch on the EU directive on salary transparency, which is already changing the rules of the game. We will discuss organizational transformation, the importance of social insight, networking, and authenticity, and pose the key question – what does it mean to be a good leader in a world that continues to accelerate?
