Ioan Stan has taken over Varaždin’s LUPUS ZAŠTITA from Nina Bobinac, and he is also the new director. The company was founded by Emil Zoraj under the name ZORAJ ZAŠTITA, and since 2011, it has changed owners multiple times; from January to March 2024, the owner was KLEM SIGURNOST, and it is now owned by Ioan Stan from Romanian Mureș. LUPUS ZAŠTITA ended the last year with 135 employees and 2.55 million euros in revenue, which is a 33 percent increase, but for the first time in the last five years, it operated at a loss – at ‘negative zero’ (a slight loss of 1,170 euros).
