The business revenues of Dalekovod Group in the first three months of this year amounted to 55.4 million euros, representing a 51 percent increase compared to the same period last year, the company reported. The revenue growth was primarily driven by the construction segment of power lines and substations, which recorded a 72 percent increase in the first quarter compared to the same period last year, reaching a total revenue of 29 million euros.
Furthermore, the Group’s EBITDA in the first quarter amounted to four million euros, an increase of 1.3 million euros. Additionally, the Group had a Contract Book amounting to 425 million euros on the last day of March, which is 10 million euros higher compared to the end of last year. The Group’s net profit in the first quarter of 2025 is three million euros, an increase of 1.85 million euros compared to the same period last year.
The business revenues, profit, quality of the customer and project portfolio, and the level of contracted work of Dalekovod Group, which operates within the Končar Group, are the result, among other things, of increased activity, improved efficiency, and profitability of nearly all business segments, both in Dalekovod as the parent company and in all Group members. ‘The results of the first three months of this year confirm that Dalekovod Group is successfully positioning itself as a key player in the green energy transition in all markets where we operate. In the context of the green and digital transition, the electrification of transport, along with the need to increase transmission and distribution capacities and renew existing ones, we expect to continue achieving positive results in the upcoming period,’ emphasized Dalekovod’s CEO Eugen Paić-Karega.
